I’m an ICF-certified coach, working with professionals who want to develop their leadership with authenticity - staying true to who they are while tackling the various challenges they face in their roles - and creating careers that bring not only success, but also fulfillment.
Before becoming a coach, I spent thirteen years in Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, and Private Equity. My corporate background gave me strong business and strategic acumen, a deep sense of professionalism, and an insider’s understanding of organizational dynamics and the challenges leaders face.

Assessment: a comprehensive assessment of where you currently stand and where you want to be as a leader through data-driven assessment (Hogan Assessment), 360o feedback and self-reflection exercises
Objective setting: defining clear objectives for the coaching process based on the vision you created
Development: coaching sessions will uncover insights on required behavior change to achieve objectives; follow-up conversations will track achievements and ensure accountability
Evaluation: a process review, identification of next developmental steps, and the provision of self-coaching tools to ensure your continued development
Mastering effective feedback
In my coaching practice, I’ve noticed that feedback conversations are a common challenge. That’s why I developed a training program that combines coaching and instructional techniques to maximize learning. I'm passionate about helping professionals master this essential skill and stay empowered of their development, making the most of their feedback conversations.
Context-setting: a call to define your context, specific objectives and challenges
Training sessions: 4 x 2h bi-weekly sessions, with exercises in-between
Follow-up: a one-hour check in to support continued growth
